1. Delegate

2. Transport documents
The shipper and the agent confirm the quotation and confirm the agency relationship. 3. Customs declaration

4. Departure
According to the notice of transportation plan arrangement, when the shipper delivers the goods, the goods that are declared at the local customs of the place of delivery must include the customs declaration form, contract, packing list, invoice, customs seal, etc.

5. Port handover

1. Check the condition of the container: Before loading, please carefully check whether the container is suitable for the goods, whether it is contaminated, damaged or leaked. 3. No eccentric load: The eccentric load affects the railway loading operation and seriously affects the driving safety. It is required that the center of gravity of the cargo must be centered, and the deviation from the center of the cross line at the bottom of the box should not exceed 10 cm. Balanced loading.
4. Good reinforcement of the goods: If the goods are not well reinforced in the box, the goods will move or even overturn when the vehicle turns, and the safety of the goods will be seriously affected.
5. It is best to give the loaded goods according to the box number, the mark is clear, and accurately reflected on the packing list, so as to facilitate the tally and customs inspection.
6. After loading, please supervise the driver to seal and hand over the seal number and box number after both parties sign.
